Add Support Contract
Should you need support on this item at a later date you must have an active support contract which takes Juniper at least 3 - 5 business days to fulfill. They will also back date and charge additional fees in many cases...see below for details.
Reinstatement
Fee: Juniper Networks requires that
when a year has passed since (i) the standard 1 yr. warranty has ended, (ii) a previously
purchased contract has expired or (iii) there has been a transfer of
product ownership, a reinstatement fee (equal to the cost of CorePlus support for that device) must be paid before placing such
equipment under a new support services contract. Juniper Networks' Reinstatement Policy
Note: A support
services contract is required to obtain ScreenOS or firmware updates beyond the 90 day limited software warranty period.
