Support Reinstatement Fee for NS5X (all NS5/HSC products). A reinstatement fee must be paid before placing the following equipment under a new support services contract:
1. Devices where a previously purchased contract has been expired for more than one year.
2. If device has never been supported, the standard 1 yr. warranty has ended.
3. There has been a transfer of product ownership.
