Description of Support Contracts 
Note: A support
services contract is required to obtain ScreenOS or firmware updates.
Reinstatement
Fee: Juniper Networks requires that
when a year has passed since (i) the standard 1 yr. warranty has ended, (ii) a previously
purchased contract has expired or (iii) there has been a transfer of
product ownership, a reinstatement fee (equal to the cost of CorePlus support for that device) must be paid before placing such
equipment under a new support services contract (must be quoted,
contact us 888-638-4373).
